LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFICIAL MADRING MERCHANDISE GIVEAWAY FOR F1 CLASH USERS
Institución Ferial de Madrid, “IFEMA MADRID”, Tax ID Q/2873018B, with its registered address at Avda. del Partenón, 5, 28042 Madrid, organizes the giveaway entitled “Official MADRING Merchandise Giveaway for F1 Clash Users”, with the purpose of rewarding user participation in accordance with these Legal Terms and Conditions.
The prize will consist of a set of official MADRING merchandise, under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the giveaway requires completing the MADRING Community registration form through the landing page enabled for users coming from the F1 Clash game and accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions as well as the corresponding consent included in the form.
The giveaway will be valid from September 7 at 00:00 until September 14 at 23:59, Spanish mainland time.
The winner will be announced in the days following the end of the giveaway, although the initial contact may be made by email or using the contact details provided in the registration form.
To be selected as the winner, it is essential to meet all the requirements specified in these Legal Terms and Conditions.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
Users wishing to participate must meet the following requirements:
- Access the landing page enabled for users coming from the F1 Clash game.
- Correctly complete the MADRING Community registration form.
- Accept the corresponding consent included in the form.
Participants who meet all the requirements specified above will be eligible to win the prize.
A single winner will be selected.
The prize will consist exclusively of a set of official MADRING merchandise.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided in the registration form.
For the proper management and delivery of the prize, the winner must provide the following personal data:
- Full name.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Full postal address.
- ID number.
- Scanned copy or photograph of the ID document.
The data provided will be used exclusively for prize management, winner identity verification, administrative management of the giveaway, and prize delivery. It will only be disclosed to third parties when strictly necessary for the proper management of the prize or where required by law.
The prize does not include, under any circumstances, transportation, travel, accommodation, allowances, meals, beverages, or any other additional expense other than that expressly indicated as the prize.
Following notification to the winner, the organization will inform the winner of the procedure and method for delivering the merchandise.
LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation requirements and winner selection criteria:
- Only individuals over 18 years of age and resident in Spain may participate in the giveaway.
- Users coming from the F1 Clash game who correctly complete the MADRING Community registration form through the designated landing page during the participation period indicated in these Terms and Conditions will be entered into the giveaway.
- A single winner will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries.
- The winner will be chosen once it has been verified that all requirements established in these Terms and Conditions have been met.
- IFEMA MADRID's decision shall be final and not subject to appeal.
- All participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of managing this giveaway and authorize the publication of their name, if selected as winner, on MADRING communication channels. Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection clause included in these Terms and Conditions.
- The following persons may not participate in the giveaway and therefore may not be selected as winners: IFEMA MADRID employees; employees of companies, advertising agencies, or promotional agencies collaborating with IFEMA MADRID in organizing this giveaway; and spouses, partners, ascendants, descendants, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of the persons listed above.
- The prize may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize, unless IFEMA MADRID considers it necessary for justified reasons, in which case it may substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value.
- Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to accept them will result in the participant's exclusion and, consequently, IFEMA MADRID will be released from any obligation arising from their participation in the giveaway.
- IFEMA MADRID will resolve any questions regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions in accordance with principles of good faith and objectivity, and its decisions shall be binding on all participants, without prejudice to any legal rights to which they may be entitled.
- IFEMA MADRID reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, suspend, postpone, or cancel the giveaway in the event of technical, organizational, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond its control that make such action necessary, undertaking to communicate any modification through the same channels used to promote the giveaway.
- IFEMA MADRID will contact the winner using the details provided in the form to request the personal information specified in these Terms and Conditions. If the winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the communication being sent, expressly declines the prize, or is found not to meet any of the requirements established herein, IFEMA MADRID may declare the prize void or select a new winner using the same procedure initially established.
- If none of the entries meets the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions, IFEMA MADRID may declare the giveaway void.
- When legally required for compliance with tax obligations arising from the delivery of the prize, the winner must provide the personal and tax documentation requested by IFEMA MADRID within twenty-four (24) hours of the request. Failure to do so will be understood as a waiver of the prize.
- The identification documentation may also be used to verify the winner's identity, legal age, and compliance with the participation requirements.
- IFEMA MADRID shall not be liable for incidents, interruptions, technical errors, malfunctions, service outages, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the giveaway or prevent users from participating correctly. Likewise, IFEMA MADRID shall not be liable for damages resulting from such incidents when they are beyond its control.
TAX REGIME
The prize subject to this giveaway shall be governed by the tax regime applicable under current tax legislation.
If IFEMA MADRID is legally obliged to apply any withholding tax or payment on account arising from the delivery of the prize, the winner must provide, within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours from the request, the personal and tax documentation necessary to comply with such legal obligations, including, where applicable, a copy of their national identity document or equivalent identification document.
Failure to provide the requested documentation or to comply with the specified deadline may make it impossible to formalize the delivery of the prize, in which case the winner shall be deemed to have waived the prize.
IFEMA MADRID shall comply with the tax obligations legally applicable to it in relation to this giveaway and shall not assume any tax responsibilities other than those expressly provided for in the applicable regulations.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The participant declares that they own the intellectual and/or industrial property rights, or hold sufficient rights over any content submitted as part of their participation, as well as over all elements comprising such content, and that such content is not restricted by any third-party rights.
The participant states that they do not infringe any intellectual property, industrial property, or any other rights that may belong to a third party in Spain or abroad and assumes sole responsibility for any consequences, damages, or losses that may result from the use, reproduction, or dissemination of the submitted content. The participant shall hold IFEMA MADRID harmless against any dispute or litigation arising from a potential infringement of third-party rights.
Participation in this giveaway is voluntary and does not imply the assignment of rights or licenses regarding intellectual and industrial property rights, know-how, trade secrets, or similar rights existing prior to participation or generated outside the giveaway.
IFEMA MADRID reserves the right to publish, at no cost to the participant, the outcome of this giveaway and the personal data of the winning participant through internal and external media.
The participant accepts that no authorization or right is granted to use the MADRING trademarks and logos beyond what is permitted under these Legal Terms and Conditions.
IMAGE RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT
In accordance with Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5 on civil protection of the rights to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image, the participant authorizes IFEMA MADRID to process their image obtained as a result of their participation in the giveaway or, if selected as winner, and to capture, reproduce, and disseminate such image through information, communication, promotional, and distribution channels related to the giveaway, using currently known technical means and media as well as those that may be developed in the future, with the sole limitation that such use must not infringe honor as provided for under Organic Law 1/1982, without geographical or time limits and without any compensation.
DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the processing of personal data provided through the giveaway registration form shall be governed by the following:

- Purposes of processing:
- To manage users' participation in the giveaway, carry out the winner selection process, communicate the result, and manage prize delivery.
- If the participant has provided express consent to receive commercial communications, IFEMA MADRID may periodically send them by electronic means or equivalent channels, such as telephone, SMS, or instant messaging, to inform them about IFEMA MADRID activities, content, and services, as well as content from its sponsors and third-party companies related to trade fairs and events.
- Legal basis for processing:
The participant provides explicit consent to participate in the giveaway by completing the registration form, meeting the established requirements, and accepting these Terms and Conditions, and acknowledges that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing such participation.
The participant undertakes to notify the controller of any changes to their personal data so that it remains up to date and error-free. The participant further declares that the data provided is accurate and truthful.
IFEMA MADRID undertakes to process personal data confidentially and in accordance with the purposes set out in this clause and will adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure its security and prevent unauthorized alteration, loss, processing, or access.
IFEMA MADRID may also use the winner's name and image in advertising or communications, whether written or electronic, disseminated through any media regarding the giveaway and its results. Participants may withdraw their consent for these purposes at any time.
- Retention of personal data:
Participants' personal data will be retained for the period necessary to manage the giveaway. Once completed, the data will be deleted from IFEMA MADRID's databases where appropriate. If consent has been given for commercial communications, the data will be retained until such consent is withdrawn.
The winner's data, where the value of the prize exceeds the legally established threshold, will be retained for the purpose of complying with legal obligations arising from the award of prizes, including tax obligations and communications with public authorities where applicable.
- Recipients:
The data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or by an administrative and/or judicial authority. However, it may be necessary to disclose essential data to collaborating entities when required for the management of the giveaway and the delivery of the prize.
- Data subject rights:
