We offer accessible tickets in selected grandstands and across all hospitality areas. These spaces are designed to ensure:

Collaboration with Fundacion ONCE

To provide personalised and high-quality support, we work in collaboration with Fundacion ONCE during the event.

A specialised team will be present at the circuit to:

  • Assist people with accessible tickets
  • Support orientation and mobility within the venue
  • Resolve questions and offer assistance throughout the day

Metro

The circuit features accessible routes, signposted pathways and accessible entrance areas located at strategic points around the venue.

 Ground conditions in the Fan Zones

IFEMA North Fan Zones

  • A surface of natural ground stabilised with cement. This type of ground is more durable than untreated ground, although it may have slight unevenness in places.
  • Artificial turf pathways have been incorporated to help visitors find their way to key areas such as the stands or other event spaces. 

IFEMA South Fan Zones

  •  A completely asphalted surface, continuous and uniform, more suitable for accessible movement.
  • Artificial grass paths have been incorporated to connect with key points within the venue, improving navigation and access to different areas.
     

Temperatures

Temperatures:

  • Historical averages show maximum temperatures around 26 °C – 29 °C on typical days during the first half of September.
  • Minimum temperatures are usually between 14 °C and 17 °C at night.

  • The weather is generally pleasant and mostly sunny, with warm days and mild temperatures at night.
  • September in Madrid is typically dry, with little rainfall.

Acoustic conditions during the event:

During the event, high sound levels may occur at certain times, especially during on-track activity. This information may be relevant for people with auditory sensitivity, autism spectrum disorders, or other conditions related to sensory stimulation, so they can plan their attendance according to their needs.

Guide dogs and accredited assistance dogs are permitted in the accessible areas of the circuit. However, as the event may reach high sound levels at certain times, we recommend considering the potential impact in advance.
